I applied online. Was contacted pretty quickly and arranged a phone interview. The HR lady on the phone was very pleasant and actually tried to find out who I was and if it was a good fit on both ends. It was nice to know she wasn't just going through the motions. She shared some things about the culture that intrigued me more. I think having that great first interaction kept me interested in Big D over the other firms I was looking at. I was scheduled for an interview shortly after that. Met with VP and other team members. Overall a great process and I never felt nervous or uncomfortable- in fact I already felt part of the team as soon as I was greeted. Offer came a few days later and came on board smoothly.
