Its done at one of the tables, lasted around 20 minutes. They just ask about previous work experience and why you think you would be a good fit for the job.

They were professional and friendly. Gave me all needed information and gave me a tour. Overall good experience. Very similar to other diners I have interviewed for. All the employees I met were very friendly and approachable.
