the interview process is relaxed, theyll ask you generic questions about the company and why you should work for them, but they will do a background check on you after the interview if you accept the job which can take anywhere from 1 week even to a month which is a little annoying.

You come in and ask for the store manager who will do the interviewing. You will meet with the store manager and then follow them into the office for the interview with the corner of a desk apart. Interview is colloquial and not overly professional for words spoken and appearance worn.
