Interviewed alone by one person in a closet-like room. Several intensely uncomfortable moments in which interviewer insulted their current staff members *by name*, strongly implying they were all entitled and inept and telling me several detailed stories to illustrate this opinion. These were my prospective co-workers, so I can't imagine why the interviewer wanted me to believe they were so useless. Also condemned former employee for resigning for a better position elsewhere and not understanding that Big 5 couldn't afford to pay them average salaries. After trying to tactfully sidestep, support, and change the subject several times over the hour or so of interview, I gave up actively responding with anything other than nodding and short answers. I felt like this had been more of a therapy session for them than an interview for me. I was relieved when it ended.
