talk to the store manager. let him/her know you are applying for a manager trainee position. the next interview will be with the distric manager. the interview will last 10 to 15 min. you'll have your basic questions. Why do you want to woek for big 5 ect.
One on one interview with the district manager. I was asked questions about my resume, why I wanted to work at Big 5, and if I was willing to float to other stores to gain experience at each store location.

Entretien
It was easy, just need to have experience about sporting goods. You just need to be your self and sell your self to them. They have asked me if I have experience on sports and also selling guns.
They are always in need of a Manager Trainee because their employees always leave and find a better job due to the low pay. So all you have to do is dress well for the interview and just listen and you basically get the job.
