Most unprofessional process I have ever experienced from a company. Interview was an hour long, however felt extremely unprofessional as questions were unrelated to my experience, but instead many off-topics such as travels etc. Interviewer seemed unexperienced due to his questions. It took 2 weeks (holidays) to hear that I did not pass the interview with the hiring manager, however, I've never met the hiring manager. When I brought it up to the recruiter who interviewed me, he said, sorry for the confusion but I received many candidates to this position and I made a mistake. However, no next steps, so it felt dismissive, unprofessional and disrespectful. I would use my energy for different companies who value their candidates' time and efforts.

I really appreciated how open and honest the conversations were, making the whole process smooth, supportive, and clear. I felt 100% myself during this process.

They constantly asked how I was feeling during the process and if I could see myself joining the team after learning about the role. I also really liked getting to know the team, which made me feel more confident about the opportunity.
