I attended walk in drive at Bhavna Software when there were more than 50 people awaiting their interview round to be processed. But the interview was still completed successfully within a short span as every management personnel was designated their candidate on time without any delay. The interview consisted of 1 written round and 4 interview rounds (3 Technical and 1 HR Round). No doubt, the interview was thorough and the interviewer analysed every aspect before shortlisting you. The interview process also includes your final interview round with the CEO of the company, which is not in common in any other company. You get to meet a company's CEO (Uno Mehta), talk to him and share your knowledge with him. This was a wonderful opportunity one might receive while interview with any other organization.
