The interview consisted of 3 rounds, 1 with HR, 1 with Department head and final round with senior HR, And after 3 rounds which went for a total of 6-7 hours, I was offered the post of CSA - OPS.

WE HAD TO SETTLE FOR THE SALARY THEY GAVE
First of all, I want to thank you for coming out for the interview and for all your work in preparing. It means a lot to see that from candidates. During the interview, we were very impressed by the strategy you proposed when we introduced the customer case – and you did it spur of the moment! Most people just tell us they’ll fix things, and you showed the ability to zoom out and see the big picture. It was cool to see.

Quite easy...just basic interview questions..If you are confident enough you can get job. Communication skill is required.They will whether you good enough communicate with foreign peoples. We have to understand the foreigners language. Well most of the time you will be working with them some you have to make a conversation with crew and captain.so we should be good enough in communication,if not also no issue just be confident and answer questions in positive attitude.
