First the HR contact me on phone call and arrange for an interview session. 2 hiring managers interview me based on experiences and skill as a software tester. All question is very straight forward and able to answer.

The first round interview more focus on the project-related questions. Need to be familiar with your project mentioned in resume with the fundamentals. Coding questions also include in the interview.

In the end, the salary was not negotiated well. They seem unable to accept too high a salary
