Typical phone screens through to in person interview. Interviews seemed ad hoc without much structure. Friendly staff, pretty simple questions. What could have been a great experience with the company (with or without an offer) quickly soured as their follow-up was terrible. The Overstock team repeatedly committed to, and missed, follow-up dates and were noticeably late to EVERY interview.
