Someone within the company saw that I was looking for a job on facebook and sent me a link to the job posting. I applied. I was called 3 days later for a one on one interview with my potential manager the next Friday. Tuesday I has my second interview in a panel style with the same manager and his director. Friday I was asked for my salary range. Monday I got an offer letter. I started work a week later.
