There was a detailed and thorough application process with two interviews. The application process does require a time commitment, but I believe that the attention to detail demonstrated throughout that process is part of the dedication required to become a coach. I really enjoyed both interviews. It was clear that the coaches that were interviewing me were also very kind and talented coaches. Their questions related a lot to how I might respond to typical coaching scenarios. They demonstrated professionalism, patience, encouragement, and empathy. I remember it took a couple of weeks in between each step, so be patient as you go through the hiring process.
