I was shortlisted to do a robot interview. I wasn't able to re-record my answer and only had one attempt. I pressed on one of the prompts before I was ready.
I found the whole experience really cold especially when one of the questions asked about "which of its values resonated with me most"
Banks are all about putting people first however put its potential future staff through a robotic process and only the ones that are best at acting and performing on the spot will progress.
