Unprofessional process from start to finish. Several times they forgot about the phone interview that was scheduled. Finally chatted on the phone and ended up going in for an interview and was offered the job with no pay disclosed. Later spoke to them on the phone regarding pay, and they claimed they would call me back but never heard anything one way or another. From the conversation I had with the owners it seemed like they expected a lot of extra job duties which is fine if the compensation matches, but it is a bit of a joke when you're only offering $13/hour in a high COL area for skilled work. (Minimum wage in CA is $12...) My advice to other job seekers is to keep looking and know what you're worth.
