      Unfortunately I had a chaotic experience interviewing and dropped out before a panel interview. If the recruiting process is any indication of how this company operates, run! Interviews were rescheduled multiple times without explanation. I was scheduled for multiple rounds that did not ever include the hiring manager. I had one good conversation with a potential peer, but that was not enough to convince me this was a good team to join. The recruiter I worked with was unable to provide pertinent information about the role and team. Felt like they were reading off of a generic script, including asking if I was willing to work 3 days a week in person at an office I would later find out did not yet exist.

      As long and convoluted as others here have mentioned. I got an interview from applying via Linkedin. I had a screening call that went really well and was pushed to the next stage. Not much to write home about here. At this point, like others have already mentioned, the team disappeared on me because of some "retreat" as if this was 2017. I waited for their return to find out the contract role that was verbally offered to me was filled. BetterUp said they were really interested in my background and wanted me to apply for the full-time position at which point I agreed to move forward with their lengthy full interview process. I shared 2 full case studies at 2 separate interviews with positive feedback. Then came radio silence round 2. Confused by disparity between the accolades I had received from 2 directors and the lack of communication, I spent 2 weeks reaching out again for some update only to receive an automated message from a random internal recruiter they had moved in a different direction. I was getting negative company vibes throughout the extended process and this was the icing on the cake. If what others say is true about BetterUp requesting new hires leave positive feedback on Glassdoor its even worse than I thought.
