they take months to respond to application, and lack follow through. They're losing a lot of good candidates in the process. my advise is, clarifying your process and timelines, and follow up with people on time

Entretien
To echo the numerous other reviews, it was an incredible frustrating interview experience. I made it through to the 'executive' interviews, speaking with 6 different people in the organisation, which included creating a comprehensive presentation that showcased my ideas and previous experience of building world class Customer Success teams. The series of interviews and presentation preparation extended over a significant period, seemed longer than typical recruitment procedures which essentially equated to a full day's work. My most significant concern, however, stems from the lack of detailed feedback provided after all the effort and dedication put into the recruitment process. When I tried to probe for further feedback I received an extremely generic response. Not really the respect I would expect to receive as a candidate who invested so much time going through their process and presented ideas that could be used to develop the teams further. Essentially I was only told 'that they chose to move forward with someone who matched their needs'. I even followed up in writing to their CEO and VP Human Resources, but have yet to receive any acknowledgment of my email. Very surprising considering the service and product they provide as a company and their so called values.

Entretien
The interview was process was relatively long, but incredibly valuable. I met with the team lead, teammates, leadership, and had a cross-functional session. Although the the exercises took some prep work, the sessions let me see how the people I may be working with (or reporting to) handled relevant challenges. It gave me a chance to see the team in action, before having to sign a contract. The scenarios and the questions gave me a chance to demonstrate my working style, and therefore gave the interviewers a chance to make a decision to set me & their team up for long-term success. My recruiter made sure I was supported, prepared, and set up for success with every call. I've interviewed all over, and BetterUp by far had the most informative and valuable process!
