The process was long but good. Everyone was kind and actively listening during the interviews. I could tell they were passionate about their jobs and about BetterUp. I understand why the process is so long, because they care about preserving their culture. By the time you get through everything, you and BetterUp can be pretty sure it's a good fit for both.
