We're sorry to read that you did not receive a call after all of the time you’ve put into our process. We strive to provide uncompromising service which includes calling and updating candidates after onsite interviews. In the rare case what we are not able to reach a candidate, we then send an email only after we’ve attempted to get in touch via phone.
Unfortunately, we are currently not able to provide feedback on all aspects of our interviews. Please reach out to the recruiter that shepherded you through the process for a follow-up call to obtain the insights they are able to provide.
