I had a wonderful experience during my interview process. I was in constant contact with the Recruiter and was given very clear information on the next steps. Each interview I engaged in was extremely positive, informative, engaging, and left me feeling like this was an amazing company to be a part of.

I was asked about my current experience in managing a retail environment, including how many employees I manage, facilities management, and sales experience.

Entretien
Very thorough process. 1 screening phone call, followed by 3 separate (and somewhat repetitive) Zoom interviews, and finally an in-person tour. I recognized the start-up atmosphere and felt that I would be able to contribute to a promising new movement. Lots of excitement shared amongst the team as this work is helping to heal both the planet and our communities.

Entretien
Recruiter 30-minute interview followed by four to five 45-minute interviews with different department heads. Lastly a forest visit. Was reached out by phone within two weeks from the last interview with an offer.
