Entretien
A contracted recruiter emailed me for a phone screen. I had the phone screen a few days later. The phone call was terrible, it was almost as if I was speaking with a robot. The recruiter could not fully answer most of my questions regarding the business and other roles within Better. It was so obvious the recruiter was just reading off a script and trying to find the scripted answer that had something to do with my questions. Sounded like the recruiter didn't even want to be on the call.

Entretien
Relatively Straightforward, Telephone interview with a job example at the end. Behavioral mostly and talked about culture, what the mission was, and if its a good fit. Had a decision within a couple weeks so it was a fast and smooth process.
There was one email to set-up an interview time, followed by one phone interview that was at least 20 minutes. It was a straight forward interview, however, this position is actually more sales based
