The hiring process was fairly straightforward. I had an interview with the director of nurses and we spoke at length about my past experience and what I was looking for in the position. She asked some of the usual questions which included the following: "What is your biggest weakness?" and " Where do you see yourself in five years?" I was also asked to describe an instance where I faced a challenge and how I dealt with it.
