I applied online and a week later I got an email asking if I was still interested in the position. We set up a phone interview which was extremely simple, the interviewer just asked what my availability was and why Best Buy. She set me up with an interview with the department manager later that week. That interview went very well I was asked again about availability and other standard questions. Ex. Describe what happened when you worked on a team, what would you do if a customer was rude. Etc. the department manager told me to come in the next day to discuss pay and paper work with the GM, apparently that meant I was hired.

A one on one with the manager. The go over your communication skills, your ability to keep a conversation going with someone while hitting key talking points. Verify general friendliness and demeanour.
