Received a phone call from human resources. Asked a couple questions regarding background in customer care and was asked to interview at their corporate headquarters. Second interview at corporate headquarters was with a group of three people. Went through a mock call for sales reservations in front of the call. Then proceeded to listen live to some calls, and was offered a job privately.
