We have clear answers to all of these questions and this review does not reflect our procedures nor culture. Sadly, this critique was posted at the same time our top competitor posted false information about us to all sites and also created a phony website with a phony expert critiquing different competitive companies. After proving that they posted it, and filing a complaint with the FCC, the president of that company admitted that they created the false website. They agreed to remove it and therefore, we did not press charges. They have a strong pattern of this behavior. This critique is written in the same language and during the same dates, so we can only assume it was them.
