I completed two interviews in all, one phone interview and one teams interview. The process was easy and I was comfortable. It's not overwhelming like a lot of other companies for a an entry level job.

it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.

Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
