J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Best Buy (Lewisville, TX) en oct. 2010
Entretien
Started early morning at 7:00am ended around noon. About 15 people were there for an interview and only 3 were hired including me. The interview consisted of a total of 3 interviews; two of which were with supervisors and the last one being with the store's assistant manager. If you made it through one interview you would wait and then move on to the next, if not then you left. The first two interviews involved answering basic interview questions asking how you would react to angered customers and other questions involving how you have reacted to past experiences with customers. By the time I made it to the last interview the assistant manager had me try to sell his pen to him. After I tried to sell him his pen he offered me a job as a computer sales associate instead of the cashier position I was applying for even though I had no sales experience.

Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
