I went in almost a month after applying for my first interview with a random supervisor, not part of the home theater section, on my next interview I met with the store manager

I had a very pleasent interview experience in which it was a neccesary I demonstrate product knowledge by testing and showing my ability to effectively sell product. All of the managers were helpful in aiding in the learning process to take the test and succeed.

Differences between speakers is it biggest part of the test
3 step process that really focused on previous customer support roles. Have to have a mindset of problem solving and feature promoting. Also, be able to explain how you would demo products
