Applied online. Found the posting on LinkedIn. HR got in touch a few weeks later to set up a phone call. On the phone we discussed the usual. The role, what do you bring, logistics, past experience, etc. Then there was an Excel test immediately after. If you know Excel, it is fairly straightforward.
Next, there is a final interview with the hiring manager. HR took over two weeks to get back to me to schedule it; this was after I followed-up. The interview with the hiring manager was quite basic. Discuss previous experience, the role, the future of retail, and some industry trends. Basic conversation.
Then they got back to me a week later saying I didn't get the position.
