J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Best Buy (San Antonio, TX) en juin 2010
Entretien
I went in for an interview at 10 am and had to wait for almost twenty minutes after my scheduled time for the interviewer to arrive. She claimed that traffic had prevented her from being on time. She asked me 5 questions, none of which had anything to do with the job, and then had me write down answers on a printed off interview questionaire for her so she didn't have to write it down herself. She excused herself while I was writing, and when I finished, she came back, took the papers, and said they would call by the end of the week if I were hired. I never heard from them.

When I first applied, I was asked to submit a video interview first. A few days later, I was called in for an in-person interview. The interview questions were as expected. Some relating to technology but most about yourself and customer service. I applied for the Consultant position so I wasn't expected to know too much about computers.

The first round is a video interview where you record yourself answering 7 questions. The process was easy but you only get one try at recording. The video interview was not strictly based on geek squad it was very generic questions.

Online though a website where a person would show up and ask you a question and you would be given 2 minutes to answer the proposed questions. It wasn't too bad but it was a little on the weird side for the format.
