Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Best Buy en juin 2010

My friend got me the interview for Geek Squad, basically we skipped the initial phone interview, went straight to the dept interview where I was asked customer service questions but absolutely no tech questions, this went well, the Geek Squad manager seemed like a really cool chill guy, but made sure I was right for the job, at the end of the interview he told me I had his approval, I then had a second "interview" with the GM a week later, this was not really an interview and he only asked me why I wanted to work there and what I thought should be done with employees caught stealing, I answered these questions and was offered a job, I then had to take a drug test, and got a call back to start my orientation the next week.

When I first applied, I was asked to submit a video interview first. A few days later, I was called in for an in-person interview. The interview questions were as expected. Some relating to technology but most about yourself and customer service. I applied for the Consultant position so I wasn't expected to know too much about computers.

The first round is a video interview where you record yourself answering 7 questions. The process was easy but you only get one try at recording. The video interview was not strictly based on geek squad it was very generic questions.

Online though a website where a person would show up and ask you a question and you would be given 2 minutes to answer the proposed questions. It wasn't too bad but it was a little on the weird side for the format.
