I thought the interview was straight-forward. Interviewer asked fairly common questions. Most questions were based on your experiences, skills, background. I had two phone interviews and an in person interview.

Went through a couple very reasonable interviews and got a great offer! I explained my background and experience and met with assistant and general manager over two week period.

My interview was moving from an internal position at Best Buy to another. Very straight-forward situational questions as always. This was no different than any other Best Buy interview I've been in.
