Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Best Buy en mai 2008
Entretien
The interview consisted of 3 interviews. The first interview was a phone-interview, and it consisted of asking a bit about my past, and why I wanted to work at Best Buy. Honestly, there wasn't much to this interview. The next one was a 1:1 interview with a floor manager. I was asked to pretend I was a salesman and I am trying to sell a pen to the interviewer. I was also asked about how I would deal with difficult questions and what I might do if I realized my knowledge was lacking in certain areas. When the interviewer found out I was a pilot, the interview essentially ended and we just talked about flying after that. Finally, I had like a 2 minute interview with a GM, and she asked how much I was looking to make hourly. She accepted my offer, and she gave me the job pending passing a drug test and background test.
