You get 3 interviews before you pass or fail: supervisor, then manager, then general manager of the store. The supervisor and manager are pretty much about business and what they want to hear is growing the business and how you will contribute to that. The general manager interview is more in depth and personal. He or she will ask about what YOU expect from your manager and position, which pretty much they want you to say something like "someone who will help me grow and develop and utilize my skills". Don't say anything dumb like "a cool manager". Then you're set.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They ask a lot of scenario questions but they are pretty simple such as "what would you do if you saw your coworker take someone's lunch or steal money from a register?" or "what you do and say when a customer is yelling at you and getting angry?".

it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.

Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.

Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
