There was a new Best Buy opening up in my area and I filled out the application. About a week and a half later I recieved a call and had a phone interview which consisted of gerneral questions like: why do you want to work here, and work history which lasted about 5 mintues. Afterwards, the supervisior (I assumed) asked me to come the next day for a 1:1 interview with one of the managers. During the second interview, the manager went more in depth with the questions in terms of scenarios. After the interview, she had me filled a form indicating my availability and a "truth" form (that everything on my app was correct) and took me over to schedule the third interview for the next day. As I arrived for the third interview, which was conducted by the GM, he asked me about the interview with the manager and what we talked about. He later asked me a couple more questions and then started filling out the paper work to offer me the job and to take a drug test. He explained to me when orientation would and how to dress for work. So after months being without a job my search finally ends.
