The interview was quite long. first, there was a phone interview where they will ask you normal questions related to your resume. then there is a final managerial round where they will ask certain customer service related questions

it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
