Went to a hiring fair and did speed round interviews with managers from multiple departments. Was fairly straight-forward and appreciated that everything was 1 on 1, not group interviews. The managers asked relevant questions and also spoke about the jobs.

I applied online and received a call back for the first interview within 3 days. The first interview went well, interviewed with the manager for the department I was applying for. The manager was courteous and nice to talk to. Most of the questions were fairly basic. "Describe a situation in which you overcame a problem" and other questions like that. I was told at the end of the interview that they were very interested and would get back to me. The next day I received a call for a second interview with the general manager. The second interview covered mostly the same questions as the first and at the end of the interview I was offered a position at higher then the wage I had asked for. A drug test was required as a condition of employment and I started working within a week of my second interview.

There were three in-person interviews that followed the initial phone interview. The first in-person interview was a group interview with one of the assistant managers. The second in-person interview was 1:1 and was with the manager in the department you are applying in. The last interview was also 1:1 and was with the General Manager. The last interview is also when they extend the job offer if they decide to hire you.
