I was asked basic behavioral questions and I had 4 interviews. After the second one they told me that I was the front runner. Never got it. Instead they offered me any position on the sales floor
Few questions asked mainly wants know if you are able to sell products while practicing their values. First interview is with the team lead or supervisor and then usually a second interview with the assistant manager or general manager.
Pretty typical interview questions. Show a lot of leadership potential and willingness to learn and lead others. Dress to impress and if applying from within the company, know your metrics.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer.
10 person panel interview with a 1 hr interview process. The panel consisted of managers from different store locations. It then took 5 days to hear back the results and decision of the team.
