Entretien
I took an on-line assessment test, they called back within an hour and set up an interview for the following day. I met a supervisor who is very friendly and personable. He asked me basic questions like; What was your most memorable team experience and what did you like most and least like about it?, What is it that you least like and most like about being part of a team?
The interview was pretty straightforward.
They ask the usual standard customer service questions and get back to you a week or 2 later.
Overall, the experience is fluid and not complex.
The interview was interesting, but I wasn't informed of the final result until several weeks later, which is a negative point. Otherwise, the questions were relevant and personalized. It took about twenty minutes.

First is an online that is asked by robotic questions. You just have to answer sincerely and answer scenario-based questions that are fairly easy to answer and should be the easiest interview you ever have.
