      Entretien

Alright well to begin, i have not yet finished the interviewing process however, i will tell you how it went. I showed up around 15-20 minutes early dressed professionally( MEANING NO JEANS GUYS...) and checked in to let them know i was here. within 4-5 minutes of walking around a man from geek squad had me follow him to an office at which he interviewed me. the interview lasted maybe 20 minutes and i was told that i would be instantly passing on to the 2nd of 3 interviews done. NONE of which would be a GROUP interview. anyways...to sum this up you want to arrive early, dressed professionally, and try to be as calm as possible, and just breath. you want to appear calm and confident(meaning show no signs of nerves such as fidgeting or lack of eye contact) sit strait in your chair and keep a calm look on your face. also, it helps to throw some humor in there to lighten the mood too ;) I will keep you posted as each interview goes by. Update 09/17/2011: Took me some time before i could get this posted but after my first interview i was immediatly informed that i would be moved strait to the next interview and that i would be contacted within the next week. 2 hours later they called me to set up an interview which suprised me. i am very happy so far with the way this process is being handled. update: at the third interview i was informed that once you got to a third interview your already a part of the team(considering you pass the drug and background stuff. the general manage was extremely nice and called me a perfect candidate because of my skill set and other details. overall i am very excited to begin working here and was happy with how hard the interview process seemed to be as it weeds out the bad employees quickly.

Waited for about ten minutes and then had a short interview. They asked basic questions about how I would deal with customers and my knowledge on technology. Overall I would say that it was a pretty fair and ordinary interview.

They called me in for two interviews. One with a supervisor then the final with the store’s general manager. If the general manger approves of you, then they offer you the job in the spot.

There is always two interviews you will go in for your first one and if you do well they will push you to the GM interview they will ask questions about your personal experiences at other jobs or in your life that you have overcame and questions about how you handled a difficult situation with someone or a task and was able to help the customer or overcome the task to complete it don't expect to be in the interview long and always have a good answer nothing short or pause for a long time thinking of an answer. If hired there will be about 2 weeks of learning about technology and everything new you will not be thrown on the sales floor by yourself until they know you are comfortable with selling products. Good luck!!
