A very bad experience. Definitely not worth the time. I was contacted by the recruiter followed by a technical round with the hiring manager and the staff engineer. Next I was send a very open-ended data challenge to be solved in 24 hrs. The take home challenge was good but due to its open-ended nature, I barely got a sleep that night. Next I was invited to the final rounds (technical and behavioral). It was then I was told that the position is contract and they may/may not convert it to full time, despite the job in Glassdoor clearly mentioned it as a full-time role. The recruiter didn't even think of mentioning it in the beginning of the interview when I hinted her that I was looking for full time roles. I contacted the recruiter about the status and she replied they would let me know in two weeks time. Two weeks past no reply. I got back to the recruiter after a month and then she got back to me that they would not be going ahead with me.
