i was first contacted and there was a phone screen a writing test conducting a press release in a limited period and a follow-up interview the question were not very difficult interviews were nice

Entretien
Received a two hour writing assignment which was quite fun and a great way to showcase my writing skills. After passing this round, I had an interview with an Account Executive, which I really enjoyed--super conversational and enjoyable experience. I unfortunately didn't pass the final interview round (which caught me off guard as I thought I did so well in the interview!) but I found the entire process to be rather quick and communicative, so props to the HR team for being quick to respond! I do find the reference check portion to be a bit antiquated however, especially for a mere intern position.
