The interview was in two phases. First, I had a phone interview, then an in-person interview with HR, and then another interview with the floor manager; I received an offer the same day.

One of them was the department manager and the other assistant manager. While I understood the process, I was more concerned about the work culture and how I would fit in which was lightly touched upon.
