This was some time ago. I responded to an ad for a case manager assistant at a law firm. I submitted my resume and was contacted for the interview. This was before everything was done on line. When I came in for the interview, I completed an application, took a typing test and then interviewed with the office manager.
When I originally applied to work here, my first interview was with the office manager and my second interview was with the attorney. I do not recall much else about the process. This was some time ago.

Replied to Craigslist ad, called in for interview shortly after. Met with Case Manager for basic interview questions, and had simple math, grammar, wpm, and 10 key test. Called in a few days later for second interview with Executive Director (reminded me of Miranda Priestly from the Devil Wears Prada). Second interview was much for intense, and situation questions, but pleasant.
