I was contacted through a temp agency. The process was very quick and efficient - met with the agency and then interviewed directly with Benefitfocus later that week. I was extended an offer a few days later.

Very easy! Super friendly team. They really wanted to make sure that who they are employing are enthusiastic about the job. It was a phone call and only took about 30 minutes to discuss the details. They sent an email before the interview that answered all my questions about the position too.

Easy and Quick for Contractors who are really that much of an asset as a body count during open enrollment where call volume is crazy. Think of a restaurant during busy season or seasonal jobs during xmas.
