I applied through a career fair, and was set up with a brief initial phone interview to discuss the position and my qualifications, and what to expect at Benefitfocus.
About a week later I had a technical phone interview, and was asked a series of questions about basic CS concepts and about Java specifically. This involved very few problem solving questions, and instead focused on remembering the names of Java terms and concepts.
On the whole, the process was done quite professionally.
