Smooth process, a teams interview followed by an in person interview, the interview comprised of soft skill questions and a technical test, communication throughout the process was clear and the HR team responded swiftly arranging interviews.

Very good process from start to finish. Everyone involved couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Initial Teams call followed by an in person interview with the managers. The process took a couple of weeks in total.

Entretien
I was kept well informed at each step leading up to the interview, including post interview.
I had a competency test to complete beforehand, which wasn't too difficult, but wasn't a walk in the park either.
The interview itself was very friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable in the presence of the two interviewers, which enabled me to perform at my best.
It seemed like they wanted to know more about my values and me as a person, rather than just talking about my credentials on paper.
The interview finished and a case study was issued. This was also a competency test.
The HR team was VERY helpful pre, during and post interview.
