The process is clear and nice. They attach a personal manager who informs you about the process. You'll have a web page dedicated to your recruitment process with the steps you need to accomplish. I have only completed a step including some general logic tests. After that I received a letter from my manager that they won't invite me to the next step. Anyway, I enjoyed the overall process.

I recently went through the recruitment process and was truly impressed. I had the opportunity to complete an IQ assessment consisting of three tests, each around 30 minutes. The timing was very reasonable and well-aligned with the difficulty level of the questions. Although I didn’t proceed further in the process, I really appreciated the chance to be considered. The team was incredibly responsive and helpful when I encountered a few technical issues they made the whole experience smooth and respectful. I genuinely admire the team, the recruitment approach, and the product they’re building. It’s a company and a community I definitely recommend. I’ll absolutely keep an eye out for future opportunities to apply again!
