After first screening.. i got tasks to complete, they're not related to the position.. took an hour to complete. just to get an email two days later with automatic rejection.

The interview process at BS is very long and difficult but that only shows that they’re looking for top candidates. I took a test and didn’t pass to the next step but the hiring manager i was in touch with was very kind and accommodating, so I’m not discouraged and will try again.
