J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bending Spoons en sept. 2023
Entretien
I was contacted via LinkedIn. I applied over the link I received from the recruiter. 1 work day later, I was informed my screening process was done. I was given a personality test (28 questions, cca. 10mins) along with 6 behavioral, IQ and IT knowledge tests. I did screw up on couple of questions (I found the +-30mins/test to not really be enough), so 2 work days after submitting the final test, I was politely told I was declined. Made me real sad. :( What I think is great is that they are not testing your Python or other technology knowledge. They are not looking for lamp to be plugged near a table and lit until burned or replaced by a better lamp. They are testing your way of thinking. They want problem-solvers. I really like that. However, you basically cannot prepare. You need to understand an unfamiliar concept fast and *bend* it to your will (pun intended).
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I won't reveal the questions - nor could I, they are really specific.
Tests requires a few hours, selection process is slow.
Questions are around different domains, not always technical stuff.
Live test is not simple, and hard to reach it seems.
Neutral experience.

I did my application process during Fall 2023. First I submitted my CV, cover letter, and my academic transcript. I was given 11 tasks (tests) in three batches. These were mostly logical problems, coding problems, or questions about myself. After those, I had three interviews: behavioral, problem-solving, and technical. None of these need preparation beforehand. The interviews test problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities rather than testing for specific theoretical knowledge. For me, first two interviews were pretty chill; the technical one was more stressful, as I had no prior experience in backend.

I got contacted on LinkedIn and I sent my CV and a cover letter. After a few days, I was sent a batch of take-home tests, and if you do good on those you are given the next batch of tests and an initial interview. There were a couple more interviews after the initial one and the recruiter was happy to accommodate the times because of my specific circumstances. The recruiter was also friendly and responsive to any questions I had so it was an overall good experience and took a bit more than a month.

Question 1
Some questions that assess general problem-solving capabilities, so no preparation is needed.
