Honestly, I saw here on Glassdoor some reviews of the weird interview process and I didn't believe until I felt that on my skin! To have a chance at a technical interview, you have to pass some online tests and a behavioral part. The online tests are quite long and have NOTHING TO DO WITH COMPUTER SCIENCE( multiple choice tests, a timer is running) You have long texts based on which you have to make assumptions. It was the first time in my life when I saw a software engineering interview which doesn't evaluate your soft skills. That's not ok. If you are good technically you can be rejected, if you are a doctor( with no software background) you can pass this round( 50/50 chances). Extra: They give you a test for behavior. Of course, nobody is perfect, and you probably will have a "weak" point( maybe you are honest, etc etc). You will receive a mail in which it is written why is not good for someone to be like you and how to change that( so they criticize your way of being). That's not inclusion!! As I read here in another interview review... it's much better to invest your time with a company that really knows what engineering means( FAANG is a good example). FAANG has fair process, if they must choose only an engineer out of many people they make that based only on technical skills( not on stupid assumptions). Bending Spoons comes with the excuse that they have too many candidates( and that's why they have this round of non technical tests). Many more than a tech giant?? I don't believe that!
